Band battle

Lip Sync Band Battle

In Lip Sync Band Battle, colleagues become arena bands. With wigs, sunglasses and inflatable instruments from a shared props buffet, each band works out the miming, stage presence and choreography for a global hit.

Nobody has to sing a single note. There’s plenty of laughter, hierarchies disappear and the group builds trust in under an hour.

How it works

Four steps

1. 5 minKick-off and bands

Anna introduces the competition and the rules, and the bands choose their songs.

2. 20 minThe props rush and rehearsal

The props buffet opens and the bands rush to grab wigs, sunglasses, feather boas and inflatable instruments. Then the roles are shared out, from lead singer and guitarists to drummer and backing vocals, and the bands rehearse a 60–90-second performance.

3. 25 minThe battle

The bands take the stage one at a time and give it everything in front of cheering colleagues.

4. 10 minVoting and prize ceremony

Everyone votes anonymously on their phone, and nobody can vote for their own band. The points are counted live and the winning band is crowned.
