Energiser
The Energy Break
When energy dips after lunch, more coffee only helps for a while. The group needs to laugh together. In the story of the Larsson family, managers, new starters and old hands become cats, dads and goldfish in a story where everyone listens and reacts in a flash.
No experience is needed and nobody can lose. It’s all about movement and laughter that wake up both mind and body.

How it works
Three steps
- 5 minRoles
The group stands in circles, and each circle is a family. Everyone gets a role: Mum, Dad, Lisa, Sluggo, the Cat, the Fish or the Whole Larsson Family.
- 10 minThe story
Anna reads the story with feeling and a changing pace. Whenever a role is mentioned, everyone with that role runs a lap around their family and back to their place. If space is tight, they spin round on the spot.
- 3 minThe finale
The story builds to a crescendo where the Whole Family is mentioned again and again. Everyone lands with their pulse racing, still laughing and fully focused for the next session.
