Mission hunt
Codename: The Mission
The teams are set loose with a mission kit and the clock ticking. All around the venue, from the lobby to the garden, hidden QR codes, tricky puzzles and creative photo and film scenes are waiting.
The team’s ability to prioritise, work together and let their hair down decides who wins. At the end, the photos and films are shown on the big screen, and that usually means a lot of laughter.

How it works
Four steps
- 5 minBriefing
Anna gathers the group in the conference room, sets the mood, hands out the mission map and starts the clock.
- 40 minThe hunt
The teams choose their own route and strategy, indoors, in the lounge or outside. Photos and films are sent in straight from their phones, and the puzzles are ticked off on the form.
- 5 minThe finish
The teams must be back in the room before time runs out. Arriving late costs points.
- 10 minThe big screen and prize-giving
While the points are counted, Anna shows the teams’ funniest photos and films on the big screen. Then the winners are crowned.
The mission menu
Three kinds of mission
The missions are worth different points, so the teams choose their strategy.
Photo and film
Creative missions with the camera: make a colleague look as if they fit in someone’s palm, film a dramatic ten-second trailer in the stairwell, or hide the whole team so that only their eyes show.
Puzzles and QR codes
Discreet codes and symbols around the venue, for example by the grand piano or on the terrace. Each code opens a logic puzzle, an encrypted text or a brain-teaser linked to the spot.
Spot the detail
Quick observation missions, such as the year the oldest part of the hotel opened or how many portraits hang in the library.
