Decision material
Before the decision. Material for the person who approves the budget.
Often someone else signs off the budget. The text below is ready to paste into an email to them: add the name of your event and adjust it as you like.
Entertainment proposal for [name of the event] The Anna Jois Experience is a 60-minute interactive live show with the artist Anna Jois. It opens with Anna’s own music, then moves into greatest hits, sing-alongs and audience interaction in which the guests take part. Departments and levels of seniority mix. A team music challenge can be added if it suits the group. Why it could work for us: • Everyone joins in together, and nobody has to stand alone in the spotlight. The show also works for a more reserved group. • It builds a sense of togetherness across departments and levels, in line with the purpose of our event. • It works with the venue’s own AV: a wireless microphone, a sound system, a sound engineer and ideally a screen. Anything missing can be arranged as an add-on. Anna’s background: more than 25 years on stage, over 10,000 hours at live events and a largest audience of 8,000. Clients include Ericsson, Volvo, Skanska, PwC and Toyota. One client, ORB Immersive, has booked her 13 times. Price: SEK [amount] excluding VAT, as quoted (fixed price). The quote is valid until [date]. Showreel (48 seconds): annajois.com/#film More information: annajois.com/events.html

Rider
Tech and hospitality
To give your guests the best experience, Anna asks for a certain standard of quality. If the venue lacks something, Anna can arrange it as an add-on.
Technical rider
- Wireless handheld microphone of professional quality, for example Sennheiser Evolution or Shure QLX-D, or better.
- Stereo DI box connected to a computer with a mini-jack cable.
- The computer must be controllable from the stage.
- Professional-grade stage PA system with subwoofers, suited to the venue and the number of guests. For example d&b audiotechnik, L-Acoustics, Meyer Sound, RCF, dB Technologies, QSC or equivalent. The venue’s built-in background music speakers are often not sufficient.
- A sound engineer on site during the soundcheck and the show.
- The organiser sends the make and model of the sound system no later than two weeks before the event.
- High-quality wedge monitors on stage, or preferably in-ear monitoring.
- A lighting rig suited to the venue and the event, ideally with blue as the main colour and purple as the accent.
- A screen for visuals, operated by a technician. Anna emails the ready-made visuals to the technician in advance.
Hospitality
- Food and still water.
- Dressing room or a room for changing and waiting.
The rider is part of the agreement and applies in full, unless otherwise agreed with the client. Deviations must be approved by Anna no later than two weeks before the event. See the booking terms, section 5 (opens in a new tab).

Peace of mind
If something happens
It rarely happens, but you should know where you stand before you book. Here’s a summary, and the full booking terms (opens in a new tab) are on a separate page and as a PDF.
Illness and force majeure
If Anna can’t carry out the booking, she helps find an equivalent replacement, whom you approve, or offers to rebook. If neither is possible, what you have paid is refunded.
Cancellation
More than 30 days before the event, the 50% deposit is retained. 30 days or less before, the full fee is invoiced.
Rebooking
Subject to availability. If notice is given more than 30 days before, the deposit is credited to a new date within 6 months.
Is there a minimum or maximum audience size?
No. The show is adapted to the group, from a small party to an arena, and Anna has performed for up to 8,000 people. Even a large event doesn’t need extra performers, although a show group can be added.
What tech do we need?
A wireless microphone, a sound system suited to the room, monitoring on stage and preferably a screen. See the rider above. If the venue is missing any of the tech, Anna can arrange it as an add-on.
Swedish or English?
Both. The show can be held in Swedish, in English or mixed for an international group.
Does Anna perform outside Stockholm?
Yes, all over Sweden, from Stockholm to Karlstad and Värmland, and abroad. She has performed in Sweden, Central Europe and the USA. Any travel and accommodation is itemised in the quote.
Can she be the MC as well?
Yes, that’s The Evening package. Anna is also a trained moderator (P&P Meetings) and is happy to host the whole conference day too; see The Full Day package.
How do you invoice?
50% is invoiced on booking, payable within 7 days, and the remaining 50% after the event, payable within 14 days. Everything is in the booking terms (opens in a new tab).
Can we use photos of Anna in our invitation?
Yes, you’re welcome to use the press photos below to promote your event. If you need other photos, just ask.
