Personal data

Privacy policy. How your data is handled.

We only process the data needed to answer inquiries and carry out bookings, and we do not keep it longer than necessary.

Version 1, 1 October 2026

1Who is responsible

  1. 1.1

Anna Jois is the data controller for the data described here. Contact: [email protected], +46 73 511 00 64.

2What data is processed

  1. 2.1

When you send an inquiry: name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, details about the event (date, place, number of guests, type of event, requests) and what you write in the message.

  2. 2.2

When you approve a quote: title, company registration number, invoice address and any invoice reference.

  3. 2.3

The emails we send each other about the inquiry, the quote and the booking.

  4. 2.4

We do not collect sensitive personal data and ask you not to send any.

3Why and on what basis

  1. 3.1

To answer the inquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the booking. The legal basis is that the processing is necessary to enter into and perform a contract with you or your company.

  2. 3.2

For bookkeeping and invoicing. The legal basis is a legal obligation under the Swedish Accounting Act.

4How long the data is kept

  1. 4.1

Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted two years after the most recent contact.

  2. 4.2

Contracts, quotes, invoices and other accounting records are kept for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year ended, under the Swedish Accounting Act.

  3. 4.3

Other email about a completed booking is kept as long as it is needed for follow-up, but no longer than three years.

5Who receives the data

  1. 5.1

The data is never sold and is not disclosed for anyone else’s marketing. It is handled by suppliers needed for the business: email (Google), invoicing (Invozio) and web hosting (Cloudflare).

  2. 5.2

The suppliers may only process the data on our behalf and according to our instructions.

  3. 5.3

If a supplier processes data outside the EU and EEA, this is done with safeguards under the EU rules for such transfers.

6The website, cookies and statistics

  1. 6.1

The website uses no cookies for tracking or marketing and shows no advertising.

  2. 6.2

Visitor statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or local storage and does not identify individual visitors.

  3. 6.3

The browser stores only one choice locally: whether you have paused the animations. The choice never leaves your computer.

  4. 6.4

The form sends nothing until you send the inquiry yourself. Details in a quote link come after the # sign in the address, and that part is never sent to the website’s server.

7Your rights

  1. 7.1

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it.

  2. 7.2

You have the right to have incorrect data corrected and, in some cases, to have data deleted or the processing restricted.

  3. 7.3

You have the right to receive data you have provided yourself in a machine-readable format.

  4. 7.4

Get in touch at [email protected]. We reply within one month.

  5. 7.5

If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

8Changes

  1. 8.1

The policy may be updated, for example if the form starts sending inquiries automatically. The latest version is always on this page, with a date.
